My name is Maisha Christian and I speak on topics related to professional development; applicable, career-growing skills that improve performance and increase employee engagement. Whether virtual or in-person, each presentations is highly visual. I regularly use pop culture, sports and entertainment references to drive home the key principles and learning ideas. More than anything I want people to walk away with the confidence to immediately apply the learning concepts and benefit from them. And I want them to have FUN!

Whether virtual or in person, I'm comfortable working with a group of eight or presenting to a group of 8,000. I'm easy to work with (no-diva attitudes here) and will work with you to create a learning and training experience that fits your budget and achieves your professional development goals. 

About Me

Hello! My name is pronounced "my-ee-sha" and I'm a career coach and keynote speaker. Mentorship, teaching and leadership have always been my sweet spots. I've led leadership training for ministry teams.  I've developed successful mentorship programs for SMPS and WTS. I've taught at my alma mater (Fork 'em Sparky!). And I've helped technical professionals practice and prepare for multi-million dollar job interviews. But the thing I always loved best was helping my friends and co-workers navigate their career and business challenges. Beauty & the Boss was born from all these experiences. 

I have a passion for people, a mind for business and a gift to teach. But more importantly I have a desire to see people grow and prosper in and from the work they do everyday. I have a desire to see YOU grow and prosper!
